In the last months, Righi Elettroservizi used its knowledge and expertise for an important Costumer and its project, in the Bolivian market.

Project final goal was the realization of a crushing and extraction plant, for the realization of high protein soy flour. The final customer was a company operating in the field of starch, fats and vegetable oils.

Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of our team, we realized the electrical panel and the software, intended for command and control of the entire plant.

The control, automation and supervision system has been realized with the best technologies of the market.

The final customer gained various benefits such as: remote management of the process, fully automatic start and stop process with reduction of the intervention time of the operators and an increase of the efficiency of the entire system. The level of safety inside the plant increased, thanks to the reduction of the explosions and fires risk.

At last, the just in time organization process was adopt by the system. With this kind of organization, the material is supplied at the moment of the request. The just in time approach permits to avoid anticipated production, reduce the accumulation of stock and relatives’ extra costs.
