RIGHI ELETTROSERVIZI S.P.A. ENDS 2022 WITH A +24% IN HIS TURNOVER COMPARED TO 2021

Righi Elettroservizi S.p.A., founded in 1991 by Mauro Righi, Valentina Righi, Aldo Righi and Emiliano Negosanti, ends 2022 with a +24% in turnover compared to the previous year.

The turnover of the 2022 ends with 62 million euros, as a confirmation of the positive trend of the company in these years.

“The 2022 has been a year of growth, development and innovation. As metioned, in 2021 our principal goal was invest in new projects, but in particular on all of these projects that can make our company structure sustainable and efficient, by reducing waste and emissions. Furthermore, an other important goal for us were the increase of the foreign turnover, during 2022 we exported our products and services in most countries in Europe. For 2023 we hope that we can reach better goals and a better turnover, in particular we hope to grow on the green energy sector” affirms Mauro Righi.

The total number of employees in the company now exceeds 200. As in the previous year, 2022 saw an increase in its workforce with 25 new hires, and 17 by May 2023, confirming one of the cornerstones of the company: supporting the creation of jobs in the Valle del Savio.

In 2022, the turnover to foreign countries stands out, resulting of several projects completed in Europe (Norway, Germany, France and Spain) but also to non-EU countries such as England and Mexico. Towards the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 we will move again overseas for the supply of electrical installations and electrical panels with UL regulations.

During the last year we have completed the work of the new establishment of 3500 mq located in Bora di Mercato Saraceno in which the production area is already working, while the office area is at the moment still under construction.

Moreover, at the end of 2022, the new fully automated warehouse “Autostore“, has entered into full function, allowing operators to reduce the time of managing orders, to improve the internal management of the product and therefore to increase also the efficiency to logistic level.

The key word for the 2023 is sustainability; in fact, in the first part of this year Righi has already implemented on its buildings 240 kw of photovoltaic panels in order to allow the company to continue its business having a reduced impact on the environment. Essential is the green footprint inside the company; materials are recycled, use of paper and plastic is reduced, you can find fountains for drinking water and electric charging stations for cars.

The corporate strategy for 2023 is not only based on innovation and sustainability but also looks at its employees, continuing to provide birth and marriage welfare awards and hourly flexibility of entry and exit, guaranteeing every employee the possibility of establish a perfect harmony between private and working life.
