Righi Elettroservizi took part in the project of a company operating in the sector of innovative mobilty.
We participated to the construction plan of the new laboratory dedicated to the development and testing of e-mobility components (which means vehicles with electrical traction) such as modules and batteries.
In the construction of the new production plant of the Motor Valley, our company took care of the design and realization of technological plant, starting from the primary distribution to the internal grid of the testing rooms for the batteries test.
The 4.0 technology was part of the job and present in the 20kV energy reception cabins. This last can supply up to 8MW of electrical power to the plant, inside the 5 energy transformation islands, with the aim to feed the test rooms, white rooms and all the machineries and plants of the laboratory.
Further to the 4.0 digital technology, the management of the consumption refers to the Smart Grid software for the optimization and efficiency of the loads. It permits to re-use the energy of the various upload/download cycles.
Over the coverage was installed a photovoltaic plant with power 350kWp, it integrates the grid’s energy and permits to optimized the absorption of the plant, with the auto-consumption and the re-cycle of electrical energy.
It was a really challenging and innovative job, with an eye to the future. It integrates concepts of energy efficiency, digitalization and energy auto-production.
With satisfaction we ended the project, an example of technological integration with an incentive to the green mobility, a key element for our future.
